Using Symmetry IQ

You may use Symmetry IQ in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.

Not medical or professional advice

Symmetry IQ provides facial symmetry analysis and wellness routines for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or appearance.

Your content and scans

Your face scans and images are processed on your device and remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any face you capture.

Subscriptions and payments

Symmetry IQ offers a free tier and paid plans (Premium and Lifetime). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed by your store account. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings. One-time (Lifetime) purchases are non-recurring.

Payments, renewals, and refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are generally handled by the relevant store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Scan or analyze another person's face without their consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, content, and trademarks are owned by RB Media AB or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Termination

You may stop using Symmetry IQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; you may delete your data beforehand.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Symmetry IQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RB Media AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
